Established in 1988 Micro Electronic Services is an ISO9002 accredited company. All repairs are covered by a minimum of 90 days repair warranty and MES honours the warranty of the equipment manufacturers for whom MES is an ASC. Stringent test procedures and product tracking together with warranty failure analysis ensures minimum post repair warranty failures.

The range of markets that Micro Electronic Services now supports has expanded considerably from the original Gaming, Amusement and Vending markets.

For critical items the company endeavours to become an Approved Service Centre (ASC) for the equipment manufacturers. To date Micro Electronic Services is an ASC for MEI, Money Controls, NRI, Innovative Technology, JCM, Cashcode and Chatsworth Data Corporation. This allows Micro Electronic Services to honour each manufacturers warranty, use O.E.M. parts, and wherever possible bring the products to the latest build standard to maximise performance.

Equipment manufacturer's Test Specifications are used wherever possible, while configuration specifications are developed with customers to meet their requirements.

Delivery and Collection Service

Micro Electronics Services provides a weekly delivery and collection service for our regular customers. There are 4 routes each week:

Tuesday is the M25 service
Wednesday is the West Country service
Thursday is the Midlands service
Friday covers the South East
