Coin and Note Validators for the vending industry must
be very reliable such that service calls are minimised. Change
giving coin mechanisms suffer particularly from wear within
the separator and coin dispenser. As the coin and note validators
generally communicate with a Vending Machine Controller (VMC)
that handles the user and machine interface, test equipment
able to handle an Executive or MDB communications protocol is
required.
